Notes:
  • Training sessions start at 6am so you have to be at the meeting point between 5:45am and 5:50am. Being late is a lack of respect to yourself, your teammates and your coach.
  • In the afternoons kids must be at the tunnel before 3:00pm because at that time we will take the bus to the pool, practice ends at 4:20 so if you want to pick up your kid at the pool you must be there at that time because at 4:30 we will leave to school so the kids that go by bus are there on time.
  • Dry land training is mostly recommended for the athletes older than 10 years old but if you are younger and want to join us you can do it, we'll be more than happy to have you there.
  • Parents are not allowed to intervine during training sessions. You are welcome to watch from the bleachers at the pool or at the field at school but once we start our sessions the kids are our responsibility and they need to know that the persons to listen and follow are the coaches.
  • If you are going to be absent from practice please let the coaches know the reason why you won't be attending.
  • There is no number of mandatory practice days that you have to attend but keep in mind that you will have the results you work for, so the more you train the more you will improve and will be consider a real member of the team.
  • Where to buy swim gear?
  1. Supro (At Albrook, next to El llantero, in front of the new Rey and Athanasious)
  2. Speedo store (Albrook mall, Multiplaza Pacific Mall, Multicentro)
